Important development
Regarding Beneficial Ownership and its impact on your PTY(Ltd) Company, CC or NPC. This requires immediate attention as a Beneficial Ownership/Securities register must be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
Failure to comply with the new beneficial ownership regulation, violates the Companies Act 71 of 2008, and may result in a court-ordered administrative fine of 10% of the company’s turnover or R1 million.
